AI receptionist vs. a traditional answering service
A traditional answering service types a message and emails it to you. The AI receptionist walks the caller through your triage tree, asks the questions a dispatcher would, classifies the priority, and texts your technician with the dispatch — usually before the caller has hung up. It also discloses on the opening line of every call that it is an AI.
To be clear about what it is not: it is not field-service software. It does not replace, and does not integrate with, tools like ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or Jobber. It never quotes a price on the call, and it never reads, writes to, or two-way syncs your calendar — a person confirms the exact appointment time.

Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no credit card at signup, and you can cancel any time.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You start the 14-day trial with no card. A card is collected later, through Stripe, when your trial ends or when you choose to upgrade.
What counts as a minute?
Voice minutes are the time the AI receptionist spends on a call. Each plan includes a monthly pool of minutes; the included amount is listed on each plan above.
What happens if I go over my included minutes?
Your plan includes the minutes listed on each card. Additional minutes are not billed during the current period. Per-minute overage billing is not active yet.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move between Starter, Pro, and Premium as your shop grows.
